Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle EBS R12 HCM, Payroll, and HR Self-Service Consultant with 5-8 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will lead implementation, customization, and support of Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring seamless HR and payroll operations while optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and HR Self-Service (SSH).
Collaborate with HR and payroll stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Design and execute end-to-end solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other Oracle modules (e.g., Financials).
Manage payroll setups, calculations, and statutory compliance requirements across multiple geographies (if applicable).
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth go-live transitions.
Provide production support by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
Develop user-friendly documentation and training for HR and payroll teams to maximize system adoption.
Collaborate with technical teams to support workflows, reports, and customizations.
Stay updated on Oracle patches, updates, and best practices to ensure system optimization and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 5-8 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant specializing in HCM, Payroll, and HR Self-Service.
Proficiency in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules:
Core HR
Payroll (including statutory rules and reporting)
HR Self-Service (SSH)
Time & Labor (OTL) (if applicable).
Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
In-depth understanding of payroll processing, tax setups, and compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of HR business processes, workflows, and approvals.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle EBS integrations with third-party HR or payroll systems.
Familiarity with technical components like SQL, PL/SQL, or Oracle Reports is a plus.
Oracle HCM-related certifications are highly desirable.
Experience working with global or multi-country payroll setups.
