You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable, real-time AI agents that enhance automation, user interaction, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop, train, and fine-tune AI agents leveraging ML, NLP, and reinforcement learning techniques.
  • Work with LLMs (GPT, BERT, Gemini, etc.) and optimize them for task-specific applications.
  • Design and implement multi-agent systems for complex problem-solving.
  • Improve agent behavior using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and self-learning models.
  • Build scalable ML pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Work with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and embeddings to enhance agent intelligence.
  • Optimize models for low-latency real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into applications.
  • Stay updated on cutting-edge AI research, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI agent development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Experience with LLMs, transformers, and fine-tuning pre-trained models.
  • Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and reinforcement learning (RLHF, PPO, DQN).
  • Experience deploying models using AWS, GCP, or Azure ML services.
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience with Autonomous AI Agents (AutoGPT, BabyAGI, Meta AI, etc.).
  • Background in graph neural networks (GNNs) and knowledge graphs.
  • Publications or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid)
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI agent technology
  • Access to research collaborations and AI conferences
