As the CTO and a founding team member, you will drive the technology vision, lead innovation, and build scalable solutions to disrupt the industry.

About the Role
As CTO, you will execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business goals. You will oversee all technical aspects of theChief Technology Officer company, accelerate digital innovation, and lead a team to ensure that our AI-powered commerce platform is developed and deployed efficiently.

What You’ll Do
✅ Develop & Execute Technology Strategy – Align technical vision with business objectives, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
✅ Oversee Product & Infrastructure – Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable AI-driven eCommerce solutions.
✅ Innovate & Iterate – Identify emerging technologies, evaluate their business impact, and drive AI/ML advancements.
✅ Lead & Mentor – Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing engineering team. We are currently a 9-person team and growing. You will have to manage technical team.
✅ Manage Technology Operations – Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance.
✅ Collaborate with Leadership – Work closely with the CEO, co-founders, and investors to refine strategy and secure funding.
✅ Optimize Costs & Resources – Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and infrastructure efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
🔹 5+ years of experience in a technology leadership role (preferably in AI, ML, or agentic frameworks).
🔹 Proven experience building and scaling AI-driven platforms.
🔹 Hands-on expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
🔹 Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and implement data-driven decision-making.
🔹 Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into scalable tech solutions.
🔹 Leadership & Execution – Ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred:

✅ Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
✅ Experience working in an early-stage startup and scaling a tech stack.
✅ Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and AI/ML best practices.
