The Role:
Are you ready to take on your next challenge in this fast-paced growing tech company? We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager who can help drive the product vision and evolution of the Movius product portfolio. Working closely with other product managers, engineering, service, sales and post-sales teams, the product manager will define a strategy and own the product end-to-end through the delivery. The Product Manager is responsible for the setting of strategic product direction, collating and maintaining product requirements, and ensuring the successful prioritization of the delivery of the portfolio within our chosen market categories and customer segment domains.
The primary focus for the Product Manager will be on driving could-based communication services evolution.
As a Product Manager, you will:
• Own and drive the evolution in your area of responsibility, combining the Movius mobile and IOT applications, SaaS platform, APIs, and AI capabilities.
• Be the leader for your product – from concept through to product launch. This includes the product planning, GTM planning, prioritization and backlog refinement and execution oversight to deliver the product outcomes.
• Report on both the business and operational performance of your respective product area on a regular basis.
• Track overall market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Document product requirements in detail and drive delivery through the engineering team.
• Be an entrepreneurial hands-on person in terms of grooming product stories with architecture, engineering, testing, and DevOps teams and driving outcomes in the field. You would be the owner of your product business.
• Develop presentations, demos, whitepapers, and RFP responses to support technical and non-technical customer requirements and presentations for sales and executive leadership team members.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with product questions and customer presentations.
• Engage and interface with large strategic customers and play the role of product evangelist in the market to support Sales and gather Voice of the Customer feedback. Who are you:
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management / product ownership in a fast-paced company.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or engineering. An advanced degree such as a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• You are a strategic thinker and technically hands-on in enterprise software, communications stack, APIs, cloud, and mobile devices.
• You have a proven ability to bring a new product from scratch to market success.
• You have experience with Software Development Life Cycle, Agile methodology and Product Ownership. • You are structured in your daily work with attention to detail and a proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects concurrently and meet committed deadlines.
• You can effectively collaborate and communicate with geographically dispersed cross functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• You have experience creating and contributing to a software product lifecycle evolution management, evangelizing the product vision, and grooming stories.
• You have excellent presentation skills and know how to engage and positively influence customers and partners.
Other Skills:
• Experience owning products in enterprise end-user technology team.
• Product management experience in either AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Product management experience in enterprise communications applications.
• Experience working in a similar position in a Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider.
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks, SIP stack, VoIP.
• Experience with CRM software including Salesforce. • Experience in AI and data science.
• Experience with implementing API management solutions such as Apigee.
• Experience in addressing enterprise customer’s requirements related to communications in regulated environments such as financial services or healthcare.
